Terms

Every project has its own written quote and agreement. These are the main terms that apply to all of them.

Payment

50% to start and 50% before launch (Signature: 40% to start, 30% at the first full preview, 30% before launch), by card through Stripe or bank transfer in euros (EUR). Deposits are non-refundable once design work starts. A PAID invoice is emailed after every payment. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.

Changes

Each package includes two rounds of changes during the Fit stage. Extra work is charged at €75 an hour, or covered by the care plan.

Ownership

The domain is registered in your name. The website, its design and its code are yours once fully paid. Customer payments on your site go directly to your own Stripe account.

Care plan

€99 a month or €990 a year, cancel any time. If you leave, we hand over your site and code so you can host it elsewhere.
